Like I said, what is the use of working really? We spend so much time going to school worrying about our grades (and butt if we do not get passing grades), then we worry about our crushes...then worry about what we will do when we grow up and finally work.
Well, working is like going to school for me, same thing everyday, you wake up early, go to work, work, then go home, then wait for pay-day.
See, same as school really, wake up early for school, reach school and study and do class works, after school, go home, wait for the weekend for pocket money.
But school is better really, I miss school. I want to go back to school!!! (very ironic when your a student and you wish to LEAVE school)
School is fun, compared to working....at least no one will call you at 11:30 pm to ask if you can go to work early...useless arrangement really! Why does it always have to be me? Even if I moved further I still am the closest one to work, bloody irritating! I think, or believe the best way to solve this is whoever makes a wrong decision/arrangement should be the one to be on duty, NOT THE ONE THAT LIVES THE CLOSEST!
I do not care who it is, they still have to come in! Can you imagine that they will think if I can leave early as well today to make up the time that I came in early! Common! WHAT IS THIS! Of course I should and CAN leave early today duh~ do not expect me to stay. I've suffered too much already, my skin's just about to clear since after the numerous OT before Christmas! Triple shift! for 3 days as well!
Man! I can tell you that even its 2011 I am going to complain more and more about work, since people are so incompetent and really I cannot be bothered anymore with this!
well...cos u ar just soft..lettin ppl to take advantage, plus u ar paid to be the one who needs to sacrifice. I know this is mean and unfair..but if u dun want to work more..then just stick with the normal working hrs..no one can force u..unless u ar bein soft..
ReplyDeleteI can tell u ar working very hard..and manage things on ur own ways..I think this yr no one can force or change ur thoughts.
Just remind urself, is working here tht important? Can the company live without me?
Do I pose any importance to this company? I believe that I DO! Ask me if they can do without me? I'll say NO WAY in hell!

This is seriously Y2K's problem they have to solve it ASAP! Otherwise, I'm just gonna be leaving earlier!!
it is always management issue..but i think this is not our concern, we just follow the rules..which come early, leave on time.. work is like tht once u got used to it, thts y some ppl want to change jobs, so they can try a new challenges and experience new enviornment.

well.u ar responsible person, but it could be a weakness...cos the more responsible u take..the more pressure u will get..like Ben Parker said "with great power holds great responsibility".
U think u lah...if this is ur path..
